GranorStone Warranty Terms
Warranty Period:
All GranorStone products and services are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of product delivery.
Warranty Coverage:
The warranty covers material defects. If necessary, the product will be repaired or replaced at the seller’s expense.
Warranty Does Not Apply If:
- The product has been installed incorrectly or by a third party.
- The product has been used or maintained improperly.
- Damage has occurred due to physical impact, weather conditions, structural movement, or force majeure.
- The product has been used outdoors or in public/commercial spaces.
- Defects have not been reported in a timely manner.
- Variations in pattern, color, or texture are natural and not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Claim:
- Defective parts will be repaired or replaced.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, a partial compensation will be offered.
Other Conditions:
- Complaints will be answered within 7 calendar days.
- The warranty for replaced parts is valid until the end of the original warranty period.
- The product must be clean before repair or maintenance.
- The buyer must inspect the product upon delivery and report any defects within 3 working days.
